Chinese Pau


1. Kedai Kopi Yung Lee Fatt
Only one to two trays of buns or paus are sold each morning on a first come first served basis. More buns are served during the afternoon tea time and the first round of buns are usually reserved, with the first round sold out within minutes of being brought out.

2. Kedai Kopi Keong Sang
Serves both breakfast and tea time. Some of their specialties include crispy egg tart, freshly fried Chinese fritters served with cold butter and kaya, Chee Cheong Fun, home-made winter melon tea, extra large bun, buttered pineapple buns and much more.


3. Lu’s Cafe
Apart from selling freshly baked breads and butter cakes, the cafe also sells home-made pandan kaya, made from local ingredients. The main selling of this cafe is its freshly baked white toast, smeared with a layer of pandan kaya and cold butter.

4.Kedai Kopi Mui Lok
Located in the “Yum Cha” street (literally breakfast street), its buns are always sold in the morning, along with toasts and chinese fritters.
